A good few hundred hours later, I came back, and Anska started following me again. I get to the puzzle room with the levers, and they aren't working. When I activate them in the correct order, the levers are supposed to stay pulled, but they just revert back to their original position. The door refuses to open (Summary: Don't give Anska her scroll - she'll follow you around sometimes and do entertaining things.) Whenever I start a new game, I do the quest A Scroll For Anska as soon as possible, with one twist: Don't give her the scroll at the end. It's a short dungeon dive, and with Anska's help you can get through it at low levels with little trouble.

Location 2: Vokun’s Throne Room (Inside of High Gate Ruins during the random quest “A Scroll For Anska”). Location 3: Forelhost Ruins (Located SE of Riften, it’s best to go ahead and do the random quest “Siege on the Dragon Cult” while you go for this word wall).
